If we look at our own naked body in a full length mirror, the one thing is immediately to mind for most of us. We are fat. The fat that we see most often are not generally fat distributed throughout the body, but usually in specific areas that we do not like CONSISTENC with what we believe to be the ideal image of our body parts. Thus we have fat cheeks, fat legs, fat belly, handles Muffin Tops (love), the saddle pants, fat arms and thick thighs, just to mention problem areas.
These may have been so years, it will slowly and steadily increased in size with regular indiscriminate high-calorie diets and lack of exercise. Get rid of these problem areas is not a simple matter to reverse the process of accumulation of fat through dieting and exercise. The big challenge we face is how to get rid of fat that we have collected on specific problem areas of fat that has accumulated so easily without any conscious effort on our part. It is a known problem that when we go down in weight, we lose it all over your body, not only in the specific body parts that bug us as a big belly, or big fat ham.
This would not be that difficult problems to solve on certain body parts whose size we want to keep not look so good with the extra fat, if it originally was then , r, or if it came with a general increase in body fat. The most obvious of these areas is the breasts, and in some cultures, the buttock size. Lose fat here as part of an overall weight loss program is a definite no-no, because this makes the person itself less attractive to members of the opposite sex. Thus, we need a solution that gets rid of unsightly fat only in problem areas.
