Laser Liposuction / SMART Lipo

Despite good health and a reasonable level of ability, some people may still have body profile with disproportionate contours due to localized fat deposits. These patients are not satisfied or happy with her body contouring and may have body proportionality. Our body fat deposits are affected by several factors, which may be due to changes in hormone level that slows the body’s Metabolic & # xE4; ttning, stress and psychological behavior that may enhance our ingestion of nutrients, beyond our need and genetic characteristics of an individual who can Gö ; ra them to overweight or obesity.

Suction Assisted Lipectomy or commonly known as Liposuction is a procedure that Slims, substations, contours and restore body proportion thus account Dark self-image of the patient. Liposuction is a surgical aspiration of fat under the skin which gives a more pleasing contour and smooth transition between regions of the body. Liposuction is one of the most common cosmetic procedures worldwide by certified cosmetic plastic surgeons.

There are several types or technologies to perform a liposuction procedure. The three most common techniques look swollen or superwet liposuction, Ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty and laser or SMART Liposuction. The SWOLLEN or super-wet technique requires an infusion of normal saline mixed with adrenaline in order to facilitate the pursuit or removal of island ; verflödigt fat. Ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty uses ultrasonic energy that liquefies fat prior to surgical suctioning. Although laser or SMART liposuction is quite similar to using ultrasound technique in which fat is first dissolved and aspirated. There was a sudden increase in demand for SMART / Laser Liposuction and ultrasonic lipoplasty when it was introduced in the market because it ans & # xE5; gs more superior results than the traditional method. But in our experience, the advantage of laser liposuction offers patients improved pain control after surgery and body swelling is significantly lee gre over traditional SWOLLEN technology. Regarding the outcome, all 3 techniques are exactly the same. There is no superiority of one method over the other to achieve a comfortable body contouring.

Liposuction is more of an art than just a surgical procedure. This procedure requires a good grasp of anatomy and body proportionality. This is why liposuction is better described as liposculpturing. The limbs or body parts that can be treated with liposuction are the abdomen, flanks or love handles, hips and buttocks, upper and lower back, arms, axilla or armh & # xE5; lan (for the treatment of excessive sweating), thighs and knees, chin and chest (especially for gynecomastia). The procedure is done by aspirating the subcutaneous fat using a metal pen that liposuction cannulas through a small skin incision. This small incision is placed on the natural crease of your body so that the resulting scar will be hidden or insignificant.

This is done as an outpatient procedure in a fully equipped ambulatory surgical facility. But patients with multiple or prefer to link directly after the operation, will be hosted for a day or two. Weather procedure will be performed as an outpatient or hospital procedure, preoperative laboratory and medical clearance (for patients 40 y / o and over, medical condition which requires treatment) is required. This is done one day before surgery. The procedure can be performed either under local anesthesia or deep sedation, depending on the extent of the procedure. After surgery, the incision site blöti 2 to 3 days and finally dries on the 4th-5th day. All patients are instructed to strictly implement or wear pressure garments for 2 to 3 weeks in all body parts are treated by liposuction. The pressure garment will help redrape skin to underlying muscles thereby eliminate the space left after aspirating the fat and also control the swelling. This will help and improve the healing process. Sutures are removed on 7th or 9th day after surgery.

Patients are always advised that there will be some swelling and bruising after surgery. This is temporary and may disappear after 1 to 2 weeks. The initial results can be observed after 2 to 4 weeks because much of the swelling had subsided. However, the end result will be appreciated by the 2nd to 6th month after surgery.

Patients who are planning to have this procedure will be required to assign 8 to 14 days after the first consultation, laboratory, medical clearance , surgery, follow up, suture removal and early recovery. After this the patient is safe to travel because all wounds are already dry and healed.
